Google Places API may also assist by auto-completing your address during checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately following successful payment and order confirmation. You will receive a link to download your purchase. Currently, we use Squarespace’s built-in delivery method. In the future, we may also deliver digital products via trusted third-party platforms like SendOwl.

Physical Products (Coming Soon)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via Canada Post or UPS from Calgary, Alberta. Most shipping is available within Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories) and the United States. Any duties or tariffs for U.S. orders are the customer's responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for new (non-vintage) merchandise only. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

Vintage Items
All vintage goods are final sale. Each vintage item is unique and may show signs of age or wear, which we believe adds to their character. For this reason, we do not accept returns on vintage items. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

9. Data Use and Storage
Squarespace processes and stores user data in compliance with applicable laws and provides secure infrastructure. We do not sell or rent your data.

10. Your Rights
